NEED TO CANCEL?

“Your appointment time is valuable to us. We want to make sure that you receive the best service possible during your scheduled appointment.

 

To help us do this, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment if you need to cancel or adjust the time. We’ll be happy to help you reschedule.

 

Because each appointment time is reserved for a valued client, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible if you’re running late or can’t make it. Failure to give at least 24 hours notice will result in being charged full price for your appointment.

 

No shows will also be charged the full amount and may be required to make a deposit when booking a future appointment.

 

We understand that sometimes unexpected delays happen. That’s why we allow a 5 minute grace period for emergency situations. Please understand that if you are repeatedly late, we will charge 50% of the service fee and require that you rebook your appointment for a later date.”

Payment Policy

No credit will be given.

Cash and EFT will be accepted.

Health & Safety

For our safety and our clients safety please do not make a appointment if you are sick. Rest up and get better then you can make a appointment

 

 

No family members allowed during a appointment non negotiable

 

No nail set will be done in an hour if you want to do that this salon is not for your needs

 

No clients will be helped if they are violent , under the influence or being a complete karen

No nails will be done to a person under 15 years of age.

 

 

Health history: For your comfort and safety, please notify us if you have allergies, any physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please alert us immediately.

All of our manicure and nail services are non-refundable , but if you are not completely happy with our services , please let us know right away. We will be happy to make any adjustments to the initial service and have your nails fixed in no time."
